Refund policy

We want you to be happy with every purchase from us. If the product you received isn’t exactly what you expected, you can return or exchange it within 14 days of receiving your order, as long as it is new, unused, and in its original packaging.

Some items cannot be returned, such as products made especially for you (customized items), products that have been used or are not in their original packaging, and sale or clearance items, unless otherwise stated.

To return or exchange a product, simply contact us by email, WhatsApp, or phone with your order number. Then, pack the item and send it back to us via registered mail or courier, whichever is most convenient for you. Once we receive the package and confirm everything is in order, we’ll process your refund or send you the replacement item.

Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility, unless the return is due to our error or a defective product in that case, of course, we’ll cover the costs.
